More about our worship services

Sundays

10:30am: Traditional Worship

The pre-service atmosphere is reverent and quiet. Outside of the sanctuary people are visiting and catching up with one another. The service itself is marked by Bible readings, a sermon, hymns accompanied by organ, as well as the weekly celebration of Holy Communion. A time of coffee and conversation follows the traditional service every week.

05:00pm: Sunday Night Praise

The pre-service atmosphere for Sunday Night Praise is informal, with people chatting over refreshments and snacks. The service itself takes place in the parish hall which provides a more casual venue in which worshipped is offered. The service itself is marked by Bible readings, a message, and a variety of contemporary songs accompanied by guitar, as well as the weekly celebration of Holy Communion. A meal with dessert follows Sunday Night Praise every week.

Weekdays

5:30pm: Wednesday Worship

The pre-service atmosphere is reverent and quiet. The service itself is very simple, divided into a time of prayer (that includes a Bible reading with a short sermon) and a time of sharing in Holy Communion. The third Wednesday of the month a special Healing Eucharist is celebrated (click here for more info). This service takes place in the historic sanctuary of Grace Church, providing a sacred atmosphere for worship.

5:30pm: Evening Prayer (Mon, Tue, Thr, Fri)

Evening Prayer is a short and simple service of spoken prayers and Bible readings. It provides an excellent opportunity for silence, de-stressing, and offering up prayers in a quiet atmosphere with others. The service takes places in the historic sanctuary of Grace Church, adding to the service's meditative quality.
